- You will receive an automatic confirmation when you place your order.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing.
- Any delays with shipment due to either carrier issues and/or exceptional or particular conditions related to the specific country is unfortunately not under our responsibility.
- Some delays may also occur during national holidays. You may be required to sign for delivery. Before signing, please inspect the package for any obvious tampering.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. We get it. Sometimes, it’s hard to commit.
- To return an item (and before shipping back to us) please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining your issue and/or reason for return.
- Mary Rich allows returns and exchanges up to 10 days of the order delivery date. If 10 days have gone by since you’ve received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Original invoice must also be provided with any returns.
Refunds. Some things aren’t meant to be.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- If Mary Rich determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable).
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale Item Refunds
- Sorry, all sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges. We can’t all be perfect.
- We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: 879 East Hastings Street Vancouver British Columbia CA V6A 1R8.
- If you happen to damage your merchandise, we recommend you take your item to a reputable cobbler or purse repair shop in your area. Alternatively, feel free to send us a photo to email@example.com and we can try to assist.
- We offer repairs on defective merchandise for up to 3 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for repair inquiries.
